Recommendations for Mexico

We are looking for a relatively inexpensive trip to the beach. We usually visit the Virgin Islands and have tried to Jamaica, but thought we would do something different this time, maybe Mexico? Any recommendations for a nice resort, preferrably all-inclusive? Thanks.

Tyandjen, you didn't say what part of Mexico you might be interested in. I like the Maya Riviera area (quieter and nicer than Cancun). I recently stayed at the Aventura Spa Palace and really liked it. It is adults only (no kids running around though I hear they will be allowing children after October 2009) and though it is a large resort, the service was still quite good.
