My friend is having a trip around Europe next month and she will start with Paris, the city of romance! It's her first time in France, and she doesn't speak French, so she was thinking of having some ideas about Paris accommodation (http://www.pariscityguide.net/) before leaving. Does anyone know how to find a cheap hotel in Paris? Another thing, does anyone know if the Ferris Wheel is open in September?
