Here are the five best beaches in Greece according to me -

1) Sarakiniko beach in Elafonisos Island.
2) Ergemnoi in Lefkada
3) Myrtos in Kefalonia
4) Erimoupolis in Crete
5) Myrtidiotissa in Corfu

These are the worthwhile beaches that I feel one should visit on a Greece holiday (http://www.otbeach.com/cheap-holidays/greece/index.html). These names get thrown up most often when I discuss Greek beaches with my friends.
