Island advice?

I want to move away from everything and escape to a beautiful island somewhere... Can anyone recommend one... I'm from Europe and don't want to go through a lengthy visa application - somewhere sunny and peaceful is what I'm looking for? :confused:

The islands have both quiet environment ,friendly people and white sand beaches. While having a vacation, you can also dive in the marine sanctuaries or travel around the islands and discover the local environment beauty, its heritage and culture.
